Alpa Sheladia
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

Earning my client's trust is my first and major goal. For over 10 years, I have represented buyers, sellers and investors across the country, both residential and commercial. A successful sale means careful research and strong negotiating skills. I pride myself in treating every client as my number one priority.

I graduated from New Jersey City University with a degree in Business Management and am a natural born entrepreneur. While living in New Jersey, I owned and operated a successful pottery studio, which employed a dozen people and serviced corporations, schools and families with kids. After relocating to Charlotte with my husband, who opened up a dental practice in this growing region, I began to pursue my interest and passion for all things real estate. I actively volunteer in the local schools, serving as the PTO treasurer, SLT team in CMS, and help organize many not for profit events for worthy causes.

My family and I also enjoy outdoor activities such as ziplining, skiing, biking, kayaking, escape rooms and hiking. My husband, Dr. Manish Sheladia, and I are proud parents of a beautiful, and intelligent daughter Kira, and a talented and super active 9 year old son, Avi, whom we adore.

Whether you are looking to buy, sell, invest or just curious about the market, please call me today.
